予約ページのカレンダーで「雪」と表示されている期間は、積雪次第ではレッスンの開催ができない可能性を意味しています。
12月に入り、ようやく寒気も下りてきて、ウインターシーズン間近といった気候となってきましたが、本日現在、蔵王温泉スキー場では、まだ滑走可能な積雪とはなっておりません。
ご予約をいただいていても、雪不足で滑走可能なゲレンデがない場合は、レッスンが中止となります。
この場合、当日キャンセルとなりますが、キャンセルポリシーは適用せずキャンセル料はいただきません。
また、レッスンの振替もいたしません。新たに予約取り直しとなります。ご希望の日が完売の場合はご予約いただけません。
自然の中でするスポーツということをご理解いただき、ご予約いただきますようお願いいたします。

Information for customers who have made a reservation after December 17, 2022.
The period that is displayed as “雪” on the calendar on the reservation page means that the lesson may not be held depending on the amount of snow.
It’s finally getting cold in December, and the climate has become like the winter season. However, at Zao Onsen Snow Resort, there is still no snow for snowboarding.
Even if you have a reservation, the lesson will be canceled if there is not enough snow to snnowboard.
In this case, it will be canceled on the day, but the cancellation policy will not apply and no cancellation fee will be charged.
Also, lessons will not be rescheduled. You have to make a new reservation. If the date you want is sold out, you cannot make a reservation.
Please make a reservation with the understanding that it is a sport played in nature.
